the rooms were a good size. i thought the food was superb too. they do have good choices on the menu and it was perfect to order to my room and eat there.
the daytime reception staff seemed unhelpful. they also seemed negative and obstructive to me. the hotel is in the heart of a red light district. most of the guests there seemed to be single older men.

natural lightessential amenities
i found the staff to be friendly and mindful of guest business. my room was spacious, flooded with natural light, and all the essential amenities were there. it's a short walk to public transit, and you can easily grab a scooter or cab out on the street.

The location was great. It was close to the m station and the bts station.
the room's soundproofing was not good. i could hear the tv from the neighboring room all night. the windows also let in a lot of noise at night from people talking, loud tuk-tuks, and parties. this made it hard to get a restful sleep.

the staff were friendly and helpful i found the rooms very clean with no damage i even found a uk charger socket which was useful. i enjoyed the location near nana station it was easy to access different parts of the city it was a short walk. the daily cleaning service kept my room tidy i also appreciated the delicious food available at the hotel.

The hotel provides a secure reception area leading to the rooms. The pool area is great. It had reliable elevators. I found the staff helpful and well-organized. Check-in and check-out were easy.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms. The air conditioning unit was also quite noisy, even on its lowest setting.

The hotel's proximity to Nana BTS was very convenient for getting around. The staff was VERY friendly and patient when answering questions. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. I found the air conditioning good.
The wifi connection wasn't very reliable.

I did not try the coffee shop, so I cannot comment on the food or beverage offerings. there are numerous restaurants and bars located close to the hotel, giving guests many dining choices. IT'S very easy to find something to eat.

The facilities was up-to-date and well kept. I also noticed a lot of natural daylight in the roomwith a bright, cute space. The bathroom was spacious AND well-equipped.
